Lead by Chef Mike Young, Plate. draws from a wide well of inspiration. Mike’s passion for food was ignited early in life working in his family restaurant. He spent his 20’s as a nomadic chef, traveling all over the U.S. and SE Asia, including two years in Thailand. Mike then returned to the states and spent four years in New Orleans studying under some of the top chefs in the industry. Mike is now proud to call Macon, Georgia, home and aims to assist people in turning their events into experiences they will never forget.
